TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel a training course for which you have already booked, your request to cancel must be received by SE-Training GmbH by at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the start date for the scheduled training course for which you have registered.

For cancellation requests received less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the start date for the scheduled training course, no refund will be granted and all fees attributable to such training course/(s) will be due in full.

Should you wish to reschedule, your request must be received by SE-Training GmbH by at least twentyone (21) days prior to the start date for the scheduled training course for which you have registered. Your invoice will be due as per the original course payment terms and you can choose to attend another, or the same, course at a later date.

In the event that SE-Training GmbH has not reach the minimum number of attendees to run a course on the date as advertised in the calendar, notification of postponement will be sent at least two weeks in advance. Once notified, you may request a refund (if you have already paid) or reschedule your attendance. In no event will SE-Training GmbH be liable for any travel and living costs and expenses in the event of a training course cancellation/rescheduling/postponement.

Each course is designed for an authorized, single user only. Any copy, distribution or disclosure of the contents of class materials without the written authorization of SE-Training GmbH is strictly prohibited. You may not use the materials for any purpose other than for your own education purposes and no additional license is implied. You may not copy, transfer, lease, assign, make available for timesharing or sublicense SE-Training GmbH copyrighted materials – in whole or in part, nor modify, reproduce nor distribute the materials electronically or otherwise. No right, title or interest to any trademarks, service marks or trade names of SE-Training GmbH is hereby granted.
