The challenges of complex systems
In this workshop, challenges of complex systems are discussed and worked on in small groups and then all together in the whole group.
The group will together agree and document a summary of changes that might be beneficial at their workplace.

Colin Hood began his career in the Electrical and Electronic industry in 1977 and has been a Systems Engineer since 1985.
He is a founding member of the International Requirements Engineering Board and has been a member of INCOSE since 1999.
Colin is recognized as an expert in Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management. Requirements Management serves as the link between Requirements Engineering and various Systems Engineering processes, including Risk Management, Project Management, Change Management, Version Management, Configuration Management, and Verification and Validation.
Colin Hood has authored several books on Requirements Management and Requirements Engineering and is frequently invited to speak at conferences throughout Europe and the United States.
He holds a first degree from Brunel University, a Diploma in Management Studies, and an MBA from Henley Management College.
Colin has lived and worked in several European countries and the United States.
