His leadership experience includes pivotal positions at Belimo and Johnson & Johnson, where he made significant contributions, such as establishing an Innovation Center in China for Johnson & Johnson and building a new team dedicated to Process, Quality, and Compliance at Belimo. Recently, Martin returned to his roots in engineering and medtech, taking on a leadership role at an innovative startup to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions. With a solid foundation in engineering, a versatile skill set, and expertise in applying systems engineering methodologies, Martin is passionate about optimizing processes, driving innovation, and delivering impactful results.
