Design Thinking and Lean Startup expert with over 10 years of experience. As a lecturer at the University of Karlsruhe in Germany, Maja teaches courses on Design Thinking and Lean Startup, sharing practical insights with aspiring innovators. Additionally, she runs her own courses and guides companies through the innovation process, helping attendees develop impactful business ideas. Maja's expertise extends to organizational strategy, where she supports companies in achieving their goals by implementing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). She also hosts a podcast focusing on work, innovation, and Design Thinking, where she shares ideas and inspire listeners to rethink the future of business.

• Maja has led the Innovation Campus at EnBW AG, one of Germany's largest energy companies. There, she conducted workshops and designed programs for employees, executives, politicians, and mayors, helping them adopt innovation methodologies and apply them directly.
