Introduction to Objectives and Key Results

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Let’s make goal-setting exciting again! This one-day, hands-on workshop introduces you to the basics of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) – a proven framework for setting ambitious goals and systematically achieving them. OKRs help you and your team focus on what matters most, align priorities, and measure progress effectively.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • What are OKRs, and why do they work?
  • How can they benefit organizations of any size?
  • How do OKRs bring clarity, motivation, and transparency to goal-setting?
