Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt – increasing effectiveness and efficiency

Are you ready to improve lead times, quality and bottom-line results for both your customers and the organisation?

Since the results of an organisation are dependent how the output is perceived, structured and executed, this Lean Six Sigma course teaches you how to improve the processes that lead to these results. This Lean Six Sigma training uses Lean techniques to understand what the process should deliver and do it efficiently, Six Sigma techniques to deliver against the best quality and Change Management to maximise acceptance for the processes to get there.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course provides a solid basis for optimising the organisational processes in order to achieve the desired outcomes for both customer and organisation. The course focuses on Lean (process oriented), Six Sigma (data oriented) and Change Management (acceptance oriented).

Over six full days (in 2 sessions of 3), effective Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management techniques for improving the outputs of your processes will be explored. Exercises and real life business use-cases will be studied, along with in depth discussions and activities to experience the power of the methodology. This helps participants to achieve a quick start in solving issues in their organisations and benefit from Lean Six Sigma.

At the end of the 6 days a paper based multiple-choice exam (included in price) will test your knowledge.

For full certification you can also do the practical exam (CHF 595,00, not included in the price). This consists of a real life project in your own organisation. This exam is highly recommended since it pays back your investment by bringing it to practice, solving a problem in your organisation and bringing the knowledge to life. The usual throughput time of such a project is approximately 4 months.

This course has been created for you, whether you are an engineer, manager, product developer, production engineer or other professional who has cross-departmental responsibilities.
