Process Excellence Bootcamp (Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt level) – Empowering your organisation to achieve it’s goals

Are you ready to improve lead times and quality and improve bottom-line results for your customer and organisation?

Since the results of an organisation are depending how the work is perceived, structured and executed, this Process Excellence Bootcamp teaches you how to improve the processes that lead to these results in just 5 interactive highly energetic days.

This Process Excellence Bootcamp uses Lean techniques to understand what the process should deliver and do it efficiently, Six Sigma techniques to deliver against the best quality and Change Management to maximise acceptance for the processes to get there.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Process Excellence Bootcamp provides a solid base for optimising the organisational processes in order to achieve the desired outcomes for both customer and organisation. The bootcamp focuses on Lean (process oriented), Six Sigma (data oriented) and Change Management (acceptance oriented) at a Green Belt level.

Over a full week (5 days), effective Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management techniques for improving the outputs of your processes will be explored. Exercises and real life business use-cases will be studied, along with decent discussions and games to experience the power of the methodology. This helps participants to motivate a quick start in solving issues in their organisations and benefit from an excellent organisation.

At the end of these rocking 5 days a paper based multiple-choice exam (included in price) will test your knowledge.

It is highly recommended to start applying what you learned immediately after the bootcamp with a real life project in your own organisation. This will pay back your investment by bringing the learned ideas and tools into practice and brings the knowledge to live. The usual throughput time of such a project is approximately 4 months.

This bootcamp has been created for you whether you are an engineer, manager, product developer, production engineer or other professional who has interaction with other departments.
